I've always loved the E class and an older model is definitely in my top 5 cars I'd consider for my next car (The other being a lincoln town car, a BMW 5 series, A volvo s80, and a Saab 9-5) But DAMN! I love the look of the new E class coupe!

Have you seen the Jaguar XF? It's quite nice.

If not, then you should get a 535d. I've fallen in love with that particular car for no reason.

I once leased a 2010 E Class coupe. It was my company car so I didn't have to make the payments myself.

But I still regretted it. It was the worst car decision I had ever made.

It couldn't handle worth shit. The chassis was so loose due to the pillar less design. There was so much body roll when you took high speed freeway interchanges.

The only good thing was that it could get Oppo really easily. It is RWD and loose so it's easy to get the back out. But it's rarely safe to do that so you can rarely use this trait.

If you want something that handles well then test don't love this car. It is no 5 Series.

The E Class sedan was much better. I had previously leased a 2007 E sedan. That was a good car. I regret that I didn't buy the sedan instead of leading the coupe. The monthly payments that went towards the coupe could have paid off the sedan. I should have bought and held the sedan till now. It drove well and was super practical. And the engine was the as the new car.

If you ever want to buy a Merc and don't have to have the latest looks you can buy a used sedan and save a TON of money. The E Class is a reliable car. If you buy a CPO one you should be pretty safe.

The problem with the Jaaaaag is that it's too sexy.

His gf might not like the attention he gets from the ladies. Especially if it's in that lighter non metallic blue!

An S80? My parents have one and it's definitely nothing to get excited about.

I don't know, it's just one of those weird cars that I like. I don't really have a spicific reason for liking it. I just do

Problem is that at the moment I'm a poor college student. The XFs aren't low enough for me to afford yet. Also if my girlfriend had any say she would force me to get an S4. I've never met someone with such a strange love of Audis as that woman. Haha

I'm also a poor college student, sucks right? The S4 is a nice car for sure, the the Jaguar is much more unique and has so much more character.
